    • question by Felix in chat: What happens if you move the ID, but the error is not corrected in the external KB?
    • problem: title data is taken as an athority; if again imported it is compared and matched with existing data
  • would it be possible to match against GOKb UUID?
    • it is not the way we decided to go
    • it is not the only way of getting title data into the system; and we don't want it to be the only way
    • system should work across al scenarios
    • try to achieve high quality title data in FOLIO's internal KB
    • GOKb does not communicate the nature of a change; just that there is a change

    • same as the POL issue: we do not store the resource name that is stored in eholdings
    • for eholdings, the reference is stored, not the UUID
    • maybe there is room for discussion
    • Jack in chat: That would also solve our issues when EBSCO deletes content from their KB
    • Owen: App Interaction SIG and TC had a joint working group that has presented a possible solution - needs approval by TC
    • but if change happens outside of FOLIO, FOLIO would not have knowledge about change
