A collaborative help & documentation app to support documentation for the app in question, with contributions from both publishers of the app as well as end users a la Wikipedia, as well as a section to document the workflows of the given institution, in-context, so that e.g. the catalogers can define how people are supposed to catalog things at institution X, and that content can then be pulled up in the context of various cataloging features in the system (separate epic probably) - http://ux.folio.org/prototype/en/help?view=full
