 Description

Description:
Mechanisms to enable member libraries to compare overlaps/gaps in holdings with other consortial partners

Notes:
shared collection development needs this, EAST-like projects need this, can be accomplished other ways right now with holdings/bib export, but integral to FOLIO would be very nice

Consortia SIG feedback: There is a need for this functionality for shared print projects.  Electronic may be handled differently.  This is a need from both multi and single tenant consortia.
