 Description

Description:
Data needs to be available to evaluate both individual library contributions to the consortium and value received from the consortium

Notes:
e.g. if collaborative workflows exist, be able to tell where diff steps happened ; intra-consortium borrowing and ILL. Data exists = High. FOLIO provides tools to do the analysis = Low.

I think this is too broad for a feature. UXPROD-1764 Open deals with ILL so if not that, what then?
