 Description   

This should be an option within the user's avatar dropdown that would add this class to a top level container. With this class present (present by default) small screen media-queries will render their appropriate responsive styles for larger target areas, etc.

Just to clarify here - We cannot dependably detect touch device capability...
A class of this nature *would* be used if a user were to elect to use touch-optimized styles, but any sort of automatic detection/setting of classes - not a road we go down.
