Current situation or problem: Libraries will need the ability to represent their collections as BIBFRAME resource descriptions in order to build a comprehensive data graph inclusive of these collections. Further, we also expect that libraries will need to support multiple cataloging workflows - namely BIBFRAME and MARC - for some period of time as libraries migrate their operations to a single BIBFRAME-based model. To support these two objectives, we will need to establish interoperability between BIBFRAME and FOLIO SRS. In scope Outbound from BIBFRAME
