 Description   

Current situation or problem: ** Both agreement and license records provide support for uploading or linking documents within these record types (known as core and supplementary documents). In these cases, a library can add a document, then must do at least one of the following:

  • Upload a copy of the document
  • Specify a physical location for the document
  • Specify an online location (URL) for the document

This feature has been created to propose equivalent functionality in the Organizations app. An example of a document that may be uploaded would be a W-9, which some libraries' procurement offices require on file to submit invoices.
