Current situation or problem: When consortia administrators negotiate on behalf of all libraries any acquired package/title must be activated in each library's knowledge base separately.

In scope

Allow consortia to "Activate" a certain package in eholdings (Eg. academic search premier) for a selection of participating member libraries.
