 Description

Task: Add an additional setting under “patron notices” called “events notifications.” These will be controlled via check boxes with 3 higher level tiers and a sub tier below based on trigger events.

Purpose: Limit the events in which a notification is sent based on the available trigger points.

Acceptance Criteria

Criteria

Check boxes are selectable and deselect able.
Higher level (L1) deselects all the sub level boxes (L2)
Higher level (L1) when checked selects everything in the sub level (L2)
Check boxes are linked to the trigger events. Trigger events here: https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=5672515

Recommended: (not for development): Libraries have policies written in based on trigger events, for anything where a policy is not written the trigger event should be turned off.
