Current situation or problem: As a cataloger, I need the ability to search and retrieve MARC records from external resource in order to start copy cataloging workflow. Currently, the BIBFRAME environment allows catalogers to search the library's existing collections. But often the best available record for initiating copy cataloging exists outside of the library.
