Current situation or problem: It is sometimes useful the user to be able to find Agreements/Licenses that do/do not have particular sets of objects linked including: For Agreements:
In scope Addition of filters for has/has not each of these objects in Agreements search & filter views Out of scope Filters based on the number of linked items (e.g. "find all agreements with >1 license linked") Filters for other properties that aren't a 'set' on the object (e.g. the Agreement Description is a single property not a set of things, and so not covered by this story) Has/has not for sets that will always be populated (e.g. no point having a has/has not for agreement period because by definition there is always at least one period) Use case(s) Find all the agreements lacking a license Find all agreements with related agreements Find all agreements without an Internal contact specified Links to additional info{} SIG Discussion https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/display/ERMSIG/2023-08-09+-+ERM+meeting |
