Current situation or problem: Libraries paying on funds over multiple FYs who receive credit memos need to associate credit memos with the appropriate FY and have a mechanism for resolving credit memos if the associated FY is no longer "open" Note: This feature may be covered by

In FY 2022, the vendor issues a credit memo because they cannot or will not fulfill that order. Library needs to associate that credit memo with FY2020. Library places a preorder with prepayment in FY 2020. In FY 2022, the vendor cuts the library a refund check because they cannot fulfill that order.
