 Description

Current situation or problem: Users are not realizing that the re-encumber field is critical to rollover until it is too late. In some cases the PO template will override this setting without users realizing until many orders are open and can not easily be corrected.

Use case(s)

As a user creating orders,
I want to have to explicitly state that an order should not re-encumber during rollover
so that I am not surprised by the lack of encumbrances creating during rollover

Proposed solution/stories

Possibly having a confirmation modal when a POL is opened with this toggle set to false.

Possibly have a confirmation modal appear when this field is set to false in an order template. Reduce the interference of order templates

Add an information bubble to this field in the UI that explains exactly how it is used during the rollover.
