 Description

Problem:
Not all instillations of FOLIO include the inventory module. In order to receive or check-in material without maintaining inventory records it would need to be possible to create a "receiving title" that doesn't reference an instance

Use cases:

  1. ERM only implementation of FOLIO still using the orders application along side agreements and licenses may checkin electronic material.

Requirements:

  • Ability to add title to receiving with no link to instance
    • Ability to add pieces as needed for that title

Acceptance criteria:
TBD
