 Description

Search and Sort needs to be more flexible to support

  • Facet UI enhancements (once available)
  • Filters pane enhancements
  • Hierarchical Pane layout
  • Search UI enhancements (e.g. ability to search Instances, Items, Holdings)

To use SearchAndSortQuery: Each app will need to implement this change along with routing refactor (e.g. License app or Agreement app)

OR Use Render filters which requires no routing refactor but will not support searching across multiple record types. (e.g. Orders app)

UXPROD feature assignee = product owner. I am assigning this to Khalilah for now, as she is the temporary PO for UX/stripes

Changing the dev team from Core to Frontside (this is needed by the cap plan model - we will make sure the "frontside" team in the model gets some of John Coburn's time.
