Current situation or problem: In a consortium environment, libraries may need a degree of visibility into the ordering activity of other member libraries, for instance, to see if a particular material is on order. Certain identifiers unique to a given tenant must be displayed (e.g. PO number), but need not be unique across the entire consortium. In scope

Based on analysis, no need to do extra work; UUID will handle outside local tenants. |
