 Description

Current situation or problem: Once a Request has been closed, a tag cannot be removed from the record

In scope: A solution that allows for permissioned users to unassign a tag from a closed Request record

Out of scope

Use case(s)

  • A tag is applied to track an item that is not on the shelf. Once this item is located, the tag will be removed so that the item isn't continuously searched for.
  • A request is placed on an item that is problematic. For example, it has the wrong label, or the condition is poor. A label is applied so a staff member can work to address the issue. Once this is resolved, the tag should be removed since the work is complete.
