Current situation or problem: Improve usability of actual cost billing. Currently, the path to "Lost items requiring actual cost" page isn't as clear as it could be

In scope 

  • Add "Lost items requiring actual cost" to Actions dropdown in User details record
  • Add "X" to "Lost items requiring actual cost" page so FOLIO users can exit the page without needing to use the back button on the browser

I actually feel with the number of reports and workflows being added for Fee/Fines that it should have its own app / landing page where all of this could live. I believe it would make some workflows for billing staff easier. Link from patron record would still remain but a central interface would allow staff to perform tasks such as see all outstanding fines.
