Current situation or problem:
- Currently, when paying an overdue fine, no email notice can be sent out to notify the patron of this action, because there is nowhere to tell FOLIO, which notice template to use.
- The aim of this feature = Create the settings to do this + update and necessary workflows accordingly.
In scope:
- FE: Update the patron notice template category to “Automated fee/fine action” (done already in another feature?)
- FE: Add new patron notice policy fee/fine trigger: "Overdue fine action (pay, waive, refund, transfer or cancel/error)”
- FE: Send notice checkbox when actioning on an aged to lost fee/fine.
- BE: Create a notice context for actioning on an aged to lost fee/fine.
- BE: Populate the notice template, with the data provided by the context.
