 Description

Current situation or problem:
FOLIO's inventory supports suppressing item records one by one but there is a need to suppress the records in batches.

In scope

  1. Identify records that will be updated based on a list of item records identifiers (item HRID, item barcode, item UUID, holdings HRID, item accession number, item former identifier) - as currently implemented
  2. Display a preview of matched item records - as currently implemented
  3. Add option for suppressing or un-suppressing item records
  4. Preview changes before they are committed - as currently implemented
  5. Provide list of encountered errors if they occur - as currently implemented

Out of scope

  1. Query records ( UXPROD-3785 Closed )
  2. Suppressing holdings records ( UXPROD-3991 Closed )
  3. Suppressing instance records ( UXPROD-3992 In Review )
