Current situation or problem: The receiving app should display that the instance has unfulfilled requests, as it currently does. Now there is no indication that the received item should be handled with urgency. It must first be checked in, which we normally don't do with newly received items as we want them to keep status In process. In scope Display on receiving title in the receiving UI that the connected instance has unfulfilled title level requests. Thank you for creating this ticket, Dennis Bridges To quickly see if a newly received book has a request is an important feature for our daily monograph receiving workflow using item level requests. When switching to Title Level Requests we of course still want to have a a smooth workflow for receiving. I, or a colleague, would be happy to discuss possible solutions at any time. |
