The manual transfer of fees/fines exists, but nothing happens after the transfer 'action' is created. We need to create a machine readable extract file that matches what we create for the automated transfer of fees/fines (

Stephanie Buck: Sorry for the delay. Yes, I believe it is. This is the only way we have to transfer a single fee/fine manually. I believe that Duke expressed the need for this. It not, we may want to eliminate Transfer as a manual action so users don't think it is actually working. Also, most libraries do not transfer fees/fines, so it would be nice to not have the transfer option appear on Fee/Fine Details and Fees/Fines History. |

I'm not sure this is true? But certainly open to discussion. Duke does have a need to be able to transfer a single fee/fine on an "as-needed" basis. How that needs to be accomplished I think is a design choice/decision. But I will say I'm not entirely clear how this is different than the work needed for
