| Description |

In courses, you can add a an optional default temporary location to the course that will be automatically applied to each item placed on reserve. However, you cannot add a default temporary loan type. If you want to change the loan type, you must open up each item individually after placing on reserve and edit the loan type. For us, when we place items on reserve we generally want a shorter loan type (e.g. 4 hours, overnight) and frequently most/all items in the course have the same loan type. |
