| Description |

Current situation or problem: Some libraries utilize loan types as a method to group shelving locations with similar circulation rules in lieu of specifying/excluding locations directly. However, when items are moved between locations the loan type set on the item may no longer match. For reporting purposes and to enable future inline validation functionality opportunities, we would like to add the ability to indicate a default loan type for a shelving location, as well as specify additional allowed (or disallowed) loan types.
