| Description |
|
Current situation or problem: FOLIO has five canned email templates that can be used when setting up user accounts. Email Template #1: Activate your Folio account Each of these templates is stored in mod-template-engine, but unlike patron notice templates, they are not able to be edited through the FOLIO user interface. This represents challenges to libraries who would like to include new / different wording and branding in the emails that come from their FOLIO systems (such as libraries using ReShare, which utilizes FOLIO's user management system.)
