 Description

Per Olamide Kolawole and Kateryna Senchenko hold this feature until additional backend refactoring has been completed

Migrate the Data Import modules from Vertx to Spring in Nolana, starting with mod-data-import (which was planned, but not done in Morning Glory)

Perhaps do MODDATAIMP in Nolana, and move other modules out to Orchid. Checking with Kate

Started some conversations with Vlad, but it also may be part of larger refactoring related to rollback and removing post-processing logic; all of this needs to start with more architectural analysis and clear stories for the work
