Background
In mid-October 2021, Holly was asked by Cornell University Library to review various issues discovered by CUL Access Services staff while using FOLIO. Holly met with various individuals at Olin and Mann libraries and produced the CORNELL ACCESS SERVICES FOLIO OBSERVATIONS & SUGGESTIONS document, which is available at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1lwnZpkiw7G0c3EyObRRnjuV6XVMcFNK1lWUG952sFgI/edit?usp=sharing. This feature is ISSUE #10 from that document and has a priority of IMPORTANT.

Overview
Users need to quickly know what is on the HOLD shelf for a specific patron. Right now the information is within Requests, but once the request has been processed the item is on hold. There should be an option in User Details to click on what the patron has on hold, waiting for them to pick up. Rather than adding this to the Requests accordion, we should add a new accordion called “Holds”.

I would not add a new accordion to the Users record - if the need is for seeing holds from the checkout window, you could add another section to the user panel on the left with a number that has open holds at the service point, and then you click the link to go into the Requests app to view the requests.

Could we add a link to the "This user has items available for pickup" modal that comes up when you look them up in Check out? It would link to Requests with a pickup location filter for the current service point and a request status filter of "Open - Awaiting pickup" applied to the existing requests for the user.

Erin Nettifee  and patty.wanninger should this be closed as done? I feel the accordion on user detail panel as well as the link in the user details on the check-out screen covers it. thoughts?

Links in both the user detail panel and check-out app should satisfy the requirement.
