 Description   

Current situation or problem:

As per Epic UXPROD-3268 Open in some institutions libraries are responsible for managing requests from faculty to publish open access research outputs (typically journal articles or books).

Libraries in the Folio community managing such requests are typically doing this via Excel spreadsheets, sometimes in combination with other systems such as institutional repositories or Helpdesk/ticket systems

Sufficient functionality for user view an existing open access publication request

Workflow management in relation to Open Access requests
