 Description   

Overview: It will improve the usefulness of data displayed in table view in the instance, holdings and item, if the content are sortable (ascending, descending). This requirement was original raised for:

  1. Holdings details > Holdings statements and
  2. Receiving history > Enumeration/chronology
    but would be useful in general, and this would also make the UX display consistent across all data, across all three record types in Inventory.

In the item list display in the holdings accordion in the top of the Instance, here the tables are sortable, by clicking the table headings. To be aligned with the proposal above, we must swap the sort behavior to be:
1. click = ascending having an arrow up wards
2. click = descending having an arrow down wards
