| Description |
|
Current situation or problem: Currently, in the Check out app, when a patron record is retrieved in the left pane, a pop-up message appears if the patron has items on hold at that service point. For some service points that pop-up is desirable, but for other service points the pop-up is not desirable. They would like the ability to configure pop-up behavior depending on which service point is selected for the logged in FOLIO user. In scope
Out of scope
Use case(s): A library has a service point that is exceptionally busy - patrons expect to come up, check out books, and leave. The library wants the pop-up disabled at the service point so that they can provide faster service to patrons (who normally let them know if they also have holds.) Proposed solution/stories
