 Description

Olamide Kolawole and Kateryna Senchenko Do we need this draft feature or is it covered by other stories/features? I think we can probably delete it?

Current situation or problem: Over time, import logs and previous versions of records in SRS will build up. Have a way to delete them.

In scope

  • Delete from the UI or API
  • In settings/scheduled, and/or on demand
  • What filters/searches would be needed to identify the job logs and old versions of records to be deleted?
  • For Phase 1, could we just set one date (e.g. older than 1 year, and not the version of a record currently linked to an Inventory record), instead of UI settings/actions?

Questions

  • Will there be an activity log/version history for SRS? If yes, then is it OK to delete previous versions of records?
