Use case(s):
When I as a staff user are working in Inventory, and
Viewing the instance, holdings and item record
I want my the header information to display consistent,
See the HRID information
And be able to easily navigate between the three record types.

Proposed solution/stories:

UIIN-1311 Closed (Item)
UIIN-1470 Closed (Holdings)

Charlotte Whitt, Firebird has some unexpected front end requirements and UI work that will take all of our capacity to finish for code freeze. We will be unable to complete this feature in R2. I do not know what R3 capacity we have yet, so I've removed the fix version and left it blank for now.

Hi Stephanie Buck - okay.
I'll change the development team to Prokopovych, and the Holly Mistlebauer can decide to pull it in, if our team get available UI-developers.
