 Description

Background:

In addition to the R5 master reports, that are stored in the system and currently available for download, users would also like to download CSV/XLSX files for a specific set of R5 report views.

Scope of this feature:

List of report views (provided by eUsage report working group)

The following six report views should be available for download:

  • DR_D1 = Database Search and Item Usage
  • TR_B1 = Book Requests (Excluding OA_Gold)
  • TR_B3 = Book Usage by Access Type
  • TR_J1 = Journal Requests (Excluding OA_Gold)
  • TR_J3 = Journal Usage by Access Type
  • TR_J4 = Journal Request by Year of Publication (Excluding OA_Gold)

Formats

The report views should be available in CSV and xlsx

UI

The download should be integrated into the usual download dropdown (see screenshot).

IF a DR master report is available for the set period, the dropdown should list not only DR, but DR and DR_D1.

IF a TR master report is available for the set period, the dropdown should list TR and the five report views listed above.

Out of scope:

  • There will be no upload possibility for report views. Changes will have to be uploaded via a master report.
  • The download will not be possible as JSON.

Hey Annika Schröer, will this feature be done for Juniper release? Development freeze date for Juniper is June 4.

Hi Khalilah Gambrell, I have answered you in Slack just now. No, this will not be ready for Juniper, I have changed the release to Kiwi now to make this transparent.
