Purpose: To open the FOLIO UI and have access to a button on the top menu bar that launches https://docs.folio.org/docs/ in a new browser tab.

As a staff person: I want to access the FOLIO help site via a ? help icon from the upper right hand side of the screen, as displayed in the item https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UX-415.

Updated with a user story and where the user should access the help/where the target of the help icon should lead.

Marcia Borensztajn it looks like this is going to be part of the Juniper release - which will mean (at least in the short term) it will be linking to the Honeysuckle documentation. Was there any discussion about linking to a specific version of the documentation? (and potentially specific translation when we support them in the future)?
