Hi- Just wondering if this is meant to be single record focused or if it could include batches of records? |

Hi Jenn Colt The description you see above is the extent that this has been defined. I would think that it would be most helpful if a file of records (rather than a single record) could be exported to MARCedit, acted on, and then reimported. What are your thoughts? |

Agreed. We have mentioned this integration as possibly helpful for doing authority maintenance until the entity app is ready. You could search inventory for a heading, export the search results from inventory to marc edit, update the records if they should be, and then save the file back to folio. (The human review aspect of authority maintenance is why you might do this in marc edit instead of data import.) |
