| Description |
|
In the current process the user can identify records by search in the Inventory app and download instance UUIDs to a file. The file then can be used, among others, to start the export of identified records. In order to simplify the process, the user can create a list and store it in FOLIO system so that it is accessible to other apps including data-export. The lists could be shared, modified, deleted and searched. |

Hi Magda Zacharska, I think that maybe we could consider this work as done; while we have implemented the possibility to mark up a list of instances in Inventory, and save the UUID file: I you agree that this was the work you had planned for this feature, then we could close it as done/duplicate. HI Charlotte Whitt - this feature was meant to store the lists within FOLIO -this functionality is still not there. The user can select the records and export them and have the list of UUIDs stored locally but the list of records does not stay in FOLIO. Selecting records is a first step in this direction. Next, that would be in scope of this feature, would be to store them in FOLIO so that they can be retrieved later, modified according to changing needs and shared with others. |

Thanks Magda Zacharska, that makes sense. CC: Karen Newbery |
