Prior to the completion of UXPROD-2170 Open , the item-level copy number is being used in loans and related exports. Once UXPROD-2170 Open is complete, the effective copy number should be used in the following places:

  • In transit in-app report
  • exporting overdue loans, user's open loans, user's closed loans
  • anywhere effective call number string displays in user's loans, Check In, and Check Out
