Purpose: The libraries can on tenant level, and later on user level set the behavior they prefer. E.g. what accordions to be collapsed by default, what elements in the records to be displayed in the UI etc.
The over all idea is:
- in Settings > Inventory each institution can change settings based on their needs
- apply new action items in the settings level based on requirements/assumptions
- set the wanted UI behavior
- the order of accordions, accordions being displayed or not/collapsed by default, display data elements in a locally defined order
- users might want to include custom fields, and reorder them together with predefined FOLIO elements
Charlotte: The attached files are some very old UX mock up done my Kimie Ou-Yang. Will probably need to be revisited/updated
