Purpose/Problem: Right now the "from" and "reply-to" address can be configured at the tenant level. Many institutions use different email addresses for each library in the location hierarchy (with different staff monitoring those addresses). A workaround is to use a single from address with library location contact information in the notice itself. After discussing this with the RA SIG on 11/14/19, it was decided that this was not a good long term solution.

- Need to be able to configure the "from" and "reply-to" address for each library location.
Implementation Thoughts:
- Depending on specific needs, this could be an added field in the location hierarchy for the library (or any/all levels of the hierarchy), a setting in the notice policy or template, or tenant level setting.
Additional open issues
- Once address information is available, how do you then choose which address the notice uses? Some emails are pre-scheduled, and some are sent in real-time.
