 Description

As an electronic resource librarian, I need to easily find the notes and/or resources assigned to those notes so that I have a good understanding of the current state and history of the resource. I need to be able to discover these notes in context of these resources.

Expand Notes component functionality to support searching records by notes assigned. Functionality will allow users to identify records assigned to a note based on searching note title/note detail/note type.
