Suggestion - share this cluster with Index Data for ReShare

Comment by Angela Zoss [ 24/Jan/20 ]

not sure if this will be in ReShare or a new kind of request in RA (or a bit of both)
for some people this is a subset of ILLiad, but it's all over the map
has a similar mental model to reserves - if ReShare is in FOLIO infrastructure, that could be one query, for others they may be a linking query to connect to third party services

table for now

The document ILL_discussion_notes.pdf contains a compilation of various institutions' responses to how their current ILL systems work, in an effort to figure out which fields to include in reports.

Comment by Sharon Beltaine [ 20/Oct/20 ]

For Cornell, this report cluster is NOT NEEDED (R5)
Here are notes explaining why from Joanne Leary and confirmed by Caitlin Finlay:
We don't need a special set of reports for ILL or BD transactions, because:

  • ILLiad already gives us the data we need
  • We will have BD and ILL as patron groups and service points, like we have in Voyager, and we can use the more general Circ Usage report that counts checkouts by patron group, date range and library
