Shouldn't there be more reports in this cluster? Angela Zoss

Angela Zoss - now that I understand better what is meant by clustering, I think this is OK, but what comes to mind is the need to have reporting not just on payment but on partial/full waive and refund.

also transfers; some institutions will transfer to bursar, collection agency, government org, etc.

Cornell report - we need the demographics (departments or colleges) of patrons paying fines for the past fiscal year (or a specific time period). Data elements include patron group name, patron status description (Borrow Direct from another institution, or dept/college), total fine amount, fine breakdown by fine type (lost, overdue, etc.).

Chicago needs: For fines/fees collected: fine amount, fine type, fine date, fine owner (owning library), operator id (staff member who created the fine or collected the fine?) and payment method. (see REP-201 Closed ).

Comment by Angela Zoss [ 19/Nov/20 ]

Clarification on Cornell report - "patron status description" is patron demographics, which includes department/college, etc. Cornell will be using custom fields in user record for this, so this will be a Cornell-specific additional to this query.
