This isn't needed; it reflects an incomplete understanding in 2019 of what LTI is and what might be needed to support it. Reporting needs for courses can and will be met in other ways. You can def. close this jira.

This is not needed - this was asked for early on when the Courses SIG had a limited understanding of what LTI actually was. It is not used in reporting and there is no need to accommodate LTI data format standards as such. I am closing this Jira since it does not need to remain open.
