 Description

Tenant or User-level; create macros that can be shared with all users. Macros can be edited for personal use. Macros can be created directly in Folio-don't need a separate app. Cataloging requires a great deal of repetitive actions. Capturing these actions in a macro allow for more accuracy and efficiency.

Would apply to all record types in MARCcat

Maybe wait until there is a general macro capability across FOLIO

As of Jan 2021, development of MARCcat has ceased. Will incorporate some features into quickMARC.
