 Description

Enable "attachment" of supplementary documents to license records:

  • "attachment" used broadly to mean a document or document location - could be a URL, Physical Location or Document uploaded to Folio. Document upload out of scope for this issue
  • support for multiple attachments
  • no need for bulk add
  • option to remove attachment
This feature is specifically to support supplementary document attachments rather than amendments/addenda or core documents

An attachment consists of:

  • editable friendly attachment description
  • editable note for attachment
  • timestamp for when added/updated
  • Initially support locations (at least one of is required):
    • physical location (text string, single line)
    • URL
  • document category (tenant-defined, no default). For test purposes, pre-populate category options with:
    • Consortium authorisation statement
    • Product data sheet
    • Vendor terms and conditions

Add from and display within License > Supplementary Information panel.

  • group by categopry
  • sort by last updated (most recent first) within category group

No UI to be provided for defining document categories.

Front-end estimate assumes the same DocumentAttachment class will be used to implement this on the backend, so that the JSON interface to it is the same as existing Agreement External Licenses and License Core Documents.

Assuming the already existing "suplementaryDocs" property is to be used and therefore no Backend work necessary.
