 Description

For libraries that prefer to not use Agreements but rather eholdings to manage a resource then the following functionality is needed

  • Ability to search and attach a license to package/title+package
  • Ability to create a license and attach to a package/title+package

Chalmers is aiming for the use of agreements. If that fails in some way, the ranking of this issue will need to change.

Anya and jmulvaney@library.umass.edu, if the plan is to use Agreements then this feature no longer applies as you can attach licenses to agreements.

Khalilah Gambrell Yes to the above. Anya I would say this can be marked as Not Needed then.
