 Description

Loader should be able to accept UUIDs, datetimes, and user ids provided externally to allow for the retention of work histories, the linking of various legacy datasets, and the preservation of timestamps from the legacy system, perhaps controlled by an special administrative permission.

For inventory module, administrative metadata for bib, holding, and item records must be preserved. This includes but is not limited to information such as staff-only flag, fast-add flag (for bibs or items), create date and operator, last updated date and operator, bibliographic record status, status change date and operator, notes on the different records. These data are not typically contained in the bib/holdings/item records themselves but are associated metadata about those records.

Closing since this is either a duplicate of UXPROD-850 Open or should be requirements of UXPROD-850 Open . This doesn't really represent anything buildable as described. Or is this another tool in addition to the migration tool listed in 850?
