 Description

Purpose: The MM-SIG, the Data Migration Subgroup, and others have repeatedly raised the requirement on having human readable ID's matching the unique system generated UUIDs for misc. referring purposes re. further work on a record, wether it's an instance record, an item record, a user record etc.
