Q1 Approach

  • Leverage Interface details section in Vendor App as it has most of the details outlined below to manage/acess admin/platform details.

  • Vendor App
    • Update Interface section to support Admin/Platform details
  • Agreement app
    • provide a way to associate Interface details
    • provide a way to access Interface details to view/update

Fields to support
– Admin Module URL (Support ability to add multiple URLs AND descriptive text) (And set default?)
– Admin Login/Password (Support ability to add multiple logins/password AND descriptive text) (And set default?) GDPR concern?
— OPTION TO CONSIDER: Connection with password manager to prevent passwords being stored and displayed in plain text. Mitigates hacking

Owen Stephens, I updated this feature with my thoughts on a Q1 approach. If this is a topic on Friday's app interaction, then I may take some time away from my family to hash this out with you and the rest of the team.

Front-end estimate is only for ERM/Agreements.

It assumes that all the data is stored in an external Vendors or Organizations module. The Agreements module will at most supporting editing and storing of what vendor/organization record is assigned to a given agreement, and fetch that data from the vendors/organizations module's endpoints.
