 Description

There need to be ways to link usage data (i.e. harvested/uploaded/entered reports) to entities in other apps.
To enable associating e-resources from reports with the identical e-resources stored in ERM, the vendor and platform needs to be linked via the same identifiers.

This feature is for linking the platform from the ERM app.

Is suceeded by UXPROD-1437 Closed . Instead of linking the ERM agreemnet from the usage data provider, the provider will be linked from the agreement. Thsi will make things easier for users when renewing agreements etc., not having to switch the app for adding the new agreement to the usage data provider.
